5. Where can I sign up for these plans?

   You may walk-in to any of our redONE Mobile stores or Partner stores. Alternatively, you may self-register selected plans online, via our website.

6. How will I be notified if I win a prize?

   Winners will be contacted individually for confirmation and prize fulfilment.

7. Can I exchange the prizes for cash?

   No. The prizes won cannot be exchanged for cash, or redeemed in any shape or form by the winner.

1. This promotion is valid from 17 March until 4 May 2025.

2. To be eligible for this promotion, the customer must subscribe to any postpaid plan of minimum RM48 listed on this promo page, and keep the line in use for at least three (3) months from the date of activation.
