1. What is the new redSPOT add-on?

   The new redSPOT add-on offers 10 GB high speed hotspot data at only RM10 per subscription/purchase.

2. Is redSPOT a permanent add-on offered by redONE?

   Yes, it is available for subscription or purchase starting from 5 September 2024.

3. Where can I purchase the redSPOT add-on?

   You can subscribe/purchase the redSPOT add-on by:
   a. Dialing *108# or
   b. Log on to the redONE Prepaid App

4. Who can purchase the redSPOT add-on?

   redSPOT add-on is available to all redONE Prepaid customers who subscribe to the Ultra35 mobile internet plan. You can choose either the auto-recurring add-on for peace of mind or the 1-time add-on if you are not a heavy data sharing user.

5. What do I get by adding on the redSPOT Hotspot add-on?

   You can use your redSPOT quota for hotspot or tethering at only RM10.
   • Hotspot or tethering usage will be drawn from the redSPOT data quota.
   • redSPOT quota will expire at the end of 30 days and auto-renewed should there be sufficient credit in your account.

6. How many devices can I use redSPOT hotspot with concurrently?

   There is no limit to the number of devices you can share the hotspot quota.

7. When can I utilise the redSPOT monthly recurring add-on data quota?

   You can utilise the redSPOT monthly recurring data quota at any time.

1. The new redSPOT 1-time add-on is valid from 5 September 2024 and it is valid for all new and existing Ultra35 customers.

2. You can purchase the redSPOT add-on by:
   a. Dialing *108# or
   b. Logging on to the redONE Prepaid App

3. The redSPOT 1-time add-on is a purchase-based add-on and it will expire at the end of 30 days.

4. The purchase fee for redSPOT 1-time add-on is not pro-rated. RM10 will be deducted from the account upon successful purchase.

5. The redSPOT 10 GB data quota will expire at the end of 30 days. Any unutilized redSPOT data will not be carried forward to the following cycle.

6. Upon 100% utilization of the redSPOT quota, any further Internet usage will be deducted from the bundled high-speed data or available Data Top Up quota.

7. Multiple 1-time add-on redSPOT purchases are allowed. The quota will be combined.

8. redSPOT is non-transferable, whether by operation of law or otherwise, either to any other person, entity, or any other redONE Prepaid account.

9. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers unless expressly stated.

10. The Promotion is provided according to the Terms of Service on our Prepaid Sign-Up Form. You must comply with the terms including the relevant service description, our Fair Usage Policy, Privacy Policy, the relevant Prepaid subscription plan, and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the “Terms”) all of which are available on www.redonemobile.com.my
