The UX40 postpaid plan is an exclusive promotion for students and academic personnel of public and private institutions of higher learning with valid student IDs.
- Is there any advance payment or registration fee required?
An advance payment of RM40 is required for new registrations. Advance payment for MNP port-in customers is waived. The advance payment is used to deduct the first month’s bill and you will only need to pay the balance of the first month’s bill.
- How many lines can be registered by a person under this plan?
There is no limit to the number of line registrations, but standard registration procedures apply.
- What does the 30GB of high-speed data consists of?
The high-speed internet consist of 30GB of internet for general use.
- Is there a cap in terms of speed or usage for the unlimited data?
The unlimited internet is capped at 6Mbps and 100GB which is subject to redONE’s Fair Usage Policy.
- Is there a cap in terms of usage for the unlimited calls?
The unlimited calls are subject to redONE’s Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours a month.
- I am a student, where can I sign up for this plan?
You can register for this plan with any redONE partners shop.
