  • How does the unlimited data work?
    After the allocated data quota is fully utilised, the data speed will be throttled to 128kbps.
  • When is it considered the first day of using my SIM card?
    The first day of using the SIM card will start from the day you have successfully inserted and activated the SIM card. Hence, it is highly suggested that you insert and activate the Travel SIM card once you have safely arrived at your destination.
  • How do I activate my Travel SIM card?
    To activate your Travel SIM card, kindly refer to the easy instructions stated inside the SIM card pack.
  • Can I make international calls?
    Unfortunately, you will not be able to make any outgoing call as this Travel SIM is a data Travel SIM card only.
  • What happens if I receive a faulty SIM card?
    It is highly unlikely that you will receive a faulty SIM card. However, if you were to experience any issues, it may be due to configuration issues such as the APN setting, network operator etc. Nonetheless, if you suspect that your SIM card is faulty, kindly provide us with your SIM card Serial Number for us to examine further. Once confirmed that there was no data used or data usage amount is less than 100 MB, we will provide you with a full refund.
  • Who can I contact if I have any questions or if I face difficulty when using the SIM card?
    For any issues regarding the SIM card, kindly contact our redone Careline via email atcareline@redonemobile.com.myor send us a WhatsApp text at +6011 5500 1909 and provide us your SIM card Serial Number. Our Customer Care will be happy to help you promptly.
  • All prices displayed include Service Tax.
  • Upon 100% utilisation of the allocated data quota, subsequent data usage will be throttled at 128kbps speed.
  • This Travel SIM card is strictly for data usage only. Customer will not be able to make any outgoing call as this is a data Travel SIM card only.
  • By inserting the SIM card and switching on the phone, the SIM card will be activated automatically.
  • Please refer to the ‘Usage Directions’ in the SIM card pack should you have any difficulty in accessing the Internet.
  • This Travel SIM card is non-refundable or exchangeable for cash or any other product. There will be no refund for any unused value upon card loss, damage, expiry or termination.
  • For refund request, redONE Network Sdn Bhd reserves the right to review all requests and decide whether a refund will be granted for lost or faulty SIM card
