redRIDER Terms and Conditions
The redONE #redRIDER (“Campaign”) is organised by redONE Network Sdn Bhd (“redONE”).
The Campaign starts from 1 January 2022, 12.00am until further notice (“Campaign Period”).
By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the following terms & conditions.
A. ELIGIBILITY
a. This campaign is open to all myrapid railway users using the railway token.
b. This campaign is not open to redONE employees, appointed agencies, Premier Shops and its sales advisors and their respective immediate family.
B. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS
a. To participate in this campaign, you are required to be a myrapid railway user who is using the railway token to scan the QR code leading to this campaign page.
b. You are also required to accurately fill up the details and information requested.
c. There will be eleven (11) monthly winners who will be notified via phone / Email.
C. PRIZE
a. The monthly prizes are one (1) FREE smartphone and 10 exclusive redONE merchandise.
b. The Prize won is strictly non-transferable, assignable, exchangeable or redeemable by the winner in any other form or manner other than that is specified by redONE.
D. WINNER CRITERIA
a. Eleven (11) riders will be selected every month within the campaign period as the winners of the month.
b. The chosen winners must first answer a simple question when he/she receives a call / text / Email from a redONE representative before being declared as a winner.
c. The chosen winners will be contacted within 20 working days in the following calendar month.
d. A redONE representative will Email, text or make three (3) phone calls to the selected riders during the office hours from 9.00am to 6.00pm. If you are unreachable after three (3) attempts, your name will be withdrawn and another winner will be chosen. The text / Email must be replied within 5 working days.
e. Participants’ entries are only valid by scanning the QR code from the railway token. Other methods of submission will be disqualified.
f. Each winner can only 1 prize during the campaign period.
E. GENERAL
a. redONE shall be entitled to amend, vary, delete or add to any of these campaign’s Terms and Conditions and/or substitute or replace the Prize offered in this campaign with a similar valued prize and/or to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the campaign at any time without prior notice. No compensation in cash or any kind shall be given for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Winners as a result of the above.
b. redONE shall be entitled to forthwith reject or refuse any participation, or revoke the prize for any reasons whatsoever. Our decision is final and you have no right to question our decision.
c. By participating in the Campaign, participants consent to and authorize redONE to collect, use, process their names, masked Identification Numbers (IC) and other particulars (“Personal Data”) for the purpose of sales and marketing, running the Campaign, including but not limited to announcing and publishing Personal Data and/or photos of Selected Winners at redONE website for advertising and publicity purposes.
d. redONE has the right to replace the prizes whereas necessary.
e. All decisions are final.
