1. What is this promotion about?This is a promotion to attract MNP port-in Master Account customers and our loyal customers to sign up for a redONE Postpaid Family line with zero sign up fee and no advance payment required. 
2. When can I subscribe to the Family line?This promotion is available from 1 July 2020 until further notice. 
3. Where can I sign up for this promotion?You can sign up at any redONE Branch and redONE Partners near you. 
4. Who can sign up for the Family line?Customers with the following requirements are eligible: • All new MNP port-in Master Line • Existing MNP ported-in Master line and • Existing redONE Master line (non MNP) customers with tenure more than 3 months
5. What are the available Family line plans?• Amazing38 • Amazing58
6. How many Family lines can I sign up under this promotion?Eligible Master line customers can add 1 (one) Family line. This line will be a supplementary line under your eligible Master account.
7. Is there any registration fee required for this promotion?No. The RM10 registration fee is waived for the Family line.
8. Is there any Advance Payment required for this promotion?You do not need to pay any Advance Payment if you subscribe for: • Amazing38 with RM50 credit limit • Amazing58 with RM100 credit limit, For higher credit limit, the standard deposit is applicable.
9. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this promotion?No.
10. I already have 3 supplementary lines. Am I eligible for this promotion?If you are an eligible Master line customer and you have not taken the previous Family Programme line, you can sign up for 1 (one) new Family line with no advance payment under this promotion from 1 July 2020 onwards.
11. Can I port-in my line from another operator to register as the Family line? Yes, you can. The MNP line will be registered as a Supplementary line under your Master account.
12. After I have signed up for this promotion, am I allowed to change my plan?Yes. You are allowed to change to any standard plans. However, if you are still within the contract period, you will be charged an early termination penalty should you change to a lower price commitment plan.
13. Will I get a separate billing under this plan?No. Bill for your Family line will be consolidated in the same bill as your Master plan.
14. As a foreigner, can I subscribe to the Family line?No, you cannot.
15. Can I terminate my Family line?Yes, as long as your Family line is not tied to any active contract upon termination. Otherwise, the penalty clause will apply accordingly.
16. I purchased the redVIDEO 1 time Add-on, which data will be utilized first?Below table are the data utilization priority:

1. The Family Programme is valid for the eligible customers below to add a new supplementary line
   1. New MNP port-in Master line
   2. Existing MNP ported-in redONE Master line
   3. Existing redONE Master line (non-MNP) customers with tenure more than 3 months.

2. Each eligible Master line subscriber is allowed to sign up for 1 (one) new Family line with no Advance Payment and no sign-up fee.
3. Plans eligible for the Family line Advance Payment waiver and no Sign Up Fee:

   2. Amazing58
4. The Advance Payment Waiver is only for Amazing38 with RM50 credit limit and Amazing58 with RM100 credit limit. In the event the customer requires a higher credit limit, then standard deposit is required.
5. For the eligible existing customer (MNP or redONE), the Master line or Supplementary line(s) must be in active mode. Any form of suspension or barring is not allowed.
6. Foreigners, Corporate lines and M2M lines are not eligible for this offer. Only consumer individual lines are eligible for this programme.
7. This programme is not eligible for 30 days cooling off period.

Terms & Conditions for Amazing58 and Amazing38

1. Monthly access fee for Amazing38 and Amazing58 plan is only applicable for the bundled high speed data, bundled redSOCIAL, bundled redVIDEO Daily and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.
2. The redCALL, redSOCIAL and redVIDEO Daily VAS are bundled with the Amazing38 and Amazing58 plan and are not optional. RM10 per month will be charged for redCALL.
3. The bundled data, bundled redSOCIAL, bundled redVIDEO Daily and unlimited voice calls to all networks are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.
4. The data bundle for Amazing38 and Amazing58’s first bill will be prorated based on the customer’s bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

5. Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the basic Internet data throttling at 64kbps speed. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.
6. Basic Internet is the standard 64kbps speed.
7. These plans are NOT eligible for 30 days cooling-off period.
8. Change plan from Amazing38 and Amazing58 to another plan is allowed.
9. In the event of termination, there will not be any pro-rated billing on your last bill; you will be charged the full month’s commitment fee.

redCALL

1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.
2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the NEW Amazing38 and Amazing58 Postpaid plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.
3. Unlimited voice calls include:
   1. All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators
   2. All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers
4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:
   1. Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers
   2. Calls to special and premium numbers
   3. Video calls
   4. IDD calls
5. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
6. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from NEW Amazing38 and Amazing58 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically continued unless the new plan is Amazing8 or RP8.
7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:
   • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia
   • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)
   • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours
   • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling
   • Used for call centre and telemarketing
   • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication

redSOCIAL

1. The redSOCIAL monthly recurring offers 10GB (4G LTE) all day usage to 4 (FOUR) social chat channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat) every day until the end of the month or until the redSOCIAL data quota is fully utilised. Once the customers have fully utilised the 10GB quota, they can purchase the 1-time Add-on high speed redSOCIAL VAS.
2. The redSOCIAL is bundled with the NEW Amazing38 and Amazing58 Postpaid plans and is not optional.
3. The 10GB data can only be used for streaming 4 (FOUR) social channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat) only. Other data usage will be deducted from the available bundled high speed data.
4. The redSOCIAL quota will expire at the end of the calendar month.
5. redSOCIAL can only be utilized domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Social chat usage when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE’s overseas roaming partners.
6. The redSOCIAL will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.
7. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from Amazing38 and Amazing58 to another plan, the subscription to redSOCIAL will be automatically terminated.

redVIDEO

1. The redVIDEO Daily offers 1GB data per day for Amazing58 plan and 500MB data per day for Amazing38 plan exclusively for video streaming (capped at 3Mbps) every day until the end of the month or until the redVIDEO Daily data quota is fully utilised. Once the customers have fully utilised the quota, they can purchase the 1-time Add-on high speed redVIDEO VAS.
2. The redVIDEO Daily VAS is bundled with the Amazing38 and Amazing58 Postpaid plans and is not optional.
3. The redVIDEO Daily data can only be used for streaming redVIDEO channels. Other data usage will be deducted from the available bundled high speed data.
4. The redVIDEO Daily will expire at the end of the calendar month.
5. redVIDEO Daily can only be utilized domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Video streaming when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges.
