  1. What is this plan all about?

    This special plan is only applicable for government servants and permanent GLC employees which includes an exclusive Group term Takaful.

  2. Who is eligible to sign up for this plan?

    Customer who works with the government sector and permanent employees of GLC. Age limit: Eighteen (18) years old to fifty-two (52) years old.

  3. How long is this offer valid for?

    This plan is effective from 7 October 2024 and is valid until further notice.

  4. What is the main condition of this program?

    The monthly bill payment for this plan must be via salary deduction (ANGKASA).

  5. How much do I need to pay upon registration?

    Advance payment and registration fee for Mukmin68 plan will be waived. There will be no payment collected upon registration. If you require a higher credit limit, a deposit is required if your tenure with redONE Mobile is less than 6 months.

  6. I am blacklisted by other telcos. I would like to sign up for this Mukmin68 plan with a new redONE Mobile number. How much advance payment do I need to pay?

    None. Advance payment will be waived regardless of your blacklist status.

  7. What happens if I do not fully utilise my High-Speed Data allocation?

    Your balance quota for the month will be forfeited.

  8. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up for this plan?

    Yes, you will be contracted for 24 months. An early termination penalty applies if you want to terminate this plan.

  9. Where can I sign up for this plan?

    You can sign up with all types of redONE Mobile partners and redONE Mobile branches. Note: For real-time device fulfillment, it can be done via all redONE Mobile partners EXCEPT for PNC and Sales Advisors (SA).

  10. Do the unlimited calls in the Mukmin68 plan include calls to landlines such as 03 numbers?

    Yes, the unlimited calls include domestic calls to landlines throughout Malaysia. It does not include video calls, calls to special numbers, and toll-free (1-300) numbers.

  11. After I have signed up for this plan, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?

    You can purchase the one-off Data Top Up by dialing *123# or log on to 1App to purchase additional data.

  12. After I have signed up for this promotion, can I change my plan?

    No. You will be contracted for 24 months for this plan. However, if you would like to change your plan, an early settlement is required.

  13. I am an existing Amazing8 customer. Can I change my plan to the new Mukmin68 plan?

    No. The Mukmin68 plan is specially for new sign-up for government servants and GLC employees only.

  4. What is the main condition of this program?

    The monthly bill payment for this plan must be via salary deduction through ANGKASA Bureau Services.

  5. How much do I need to pay upon registration?

    The registration fee for this plan is waived but you will need to pay a one month advance payment based on the plan that you are signing up for; RM168 for Mukmin168 and RM268 for Mukmin268.

    If you require a higher credit limit, a deposit is required if your tenure with redONE Mobile is less than 6 months.

Hong Leong MSIG Takaful
  1. What is this product about?

    This is comprehensive personal accident takaful which will ease financial burden in the event of death caused by an accident and natural causes.

  2. What are the Shariah concepts applicable?

    • Tabarru’: A certain portion of the Contribution that the Participant agrees to donate upon occurrence of events approved by Shariah Committee of the Operator, thus enabling him to fulfil his obligation of mutual help and joint guarantee should any of his fellow Participants suffer a defined loss where his donation is meant to help others and others’ donations are meant to help him.
    • Iltizam bi Al-Tabarru’: Commitment to make Tabarru’.
    • Wakalah: Essentially an agent-principal relationship, where the Operator acts as an agent on behalf of the Participants to manage the PRF and PA on the Participants’ behalf and the Operator earns Wakalah Fee for the services rendered.
    • Ju’alah: An agreement in which the Participant promises to reward the Operator for its achievement or good performance in managing the PRF that leads to surplus to the PRF.

  3. Can I cancel or terminate my certificate?

    The certificate is bundled to your Mukmin68, Mukmin168 and Mukmin268 plans. It is a benefit given to you until you terminate your Mukmin68, Mukmin168 or Mukmin268 plan.

  4. What do I need to do if there are changes to my contact details?

    It is important that you inform the master certificate holder of any change in your contact details to ensure that all correspondences reach you in a timely manner.

  5. What are some of the key terms and conditions that I should be aware of?

    The coverage is based on Free Cover Limit as per in Master Certificate subject to declaration and contribution payment by the master certificate holder. The claim notification is subject to Sunset Clause as per master certificate wording. Note: This list is non-exhaustive. Please refer to the certificate contract for the terms and conditions under this certificate.

  6. When is the insurance coverage activated?

    Takaful protection will take effect immediately after signing up. However, for existing diseases, there will be a 12-month waiting period. Death due to natural causes will only be covered on month 13 onwards. Note: For existing diseases, it will be based on the medical attendance report when the customer wants to submit a death claim.

  7. What are the covers / benefits provided?

  8. What are the major exclusions under this certificate?

    No. Death benefit shall be payable if:

    • Participant/person covered commit suicide within a year from commencement date regardless of his/her mental disposition during the commission of the suicide.
    • Death due to Pre-Existing Condition unless at the time of the death, participant/person covered has been covered for more than twelve (12) months from effective date of coverage.
    • Participant/person covered dies as a result of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) or other sexually transmitted disease (STD).

  9. How long does it take for the claim procedure?

    Claim process within 30 working days from complete documents received.

  10. Is there any hard copy acknowledgment of the insurance coverage?

    There will be no individual certificate as the Master certificate will be issued to redONE. If you require any information, you may contact your takaful operator for further assistance.

  11. My account is suspended. Am I still eligible for the insurance coverage?

    Takaful coverage is enforced except if we have not received payment for 2 months or if the certificate is lapsed.

  12. How do I make a claim?

    Customer will need to contact Hong Leong MSIG Takaful on the claim process:

  13. If I have dual subscription of Mukmin168 or Mukmin268 plan, can I claim for both coverage subscriptions?

    No. You can claim ONE subscription only even if you have signed up for two subscriptions. Your second subscription will be excluded from the Hong Leong MSIG Takaful benefit.

  1. This plan is only applicable for government servants and permanent employees of Government-Linked Companies (GLCs) between the ages of eighteen (18) years old and fifty-two (52) years old.

  2. Those with bankruptcy and Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) status are not eligible for this plan.

  3. Salary deduction for the plan is not more than 60% of gross salary.

  4. This plan is valid for New and MNP port-in customers only. Foreigners and M2M customers are not eligible for this offer.

  5. The plan can be registered as a Master account only (valid for new registration only). The Master account is not allowed to add supplementary lines.

  6. Registration Fee for this plan is waived.

  7. All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.

  8. Monthly access fee for Mukmin68 plan is only applicable for the bundled high-speed data, unlimited data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.

redCALL
  1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.

  2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the Mukmin68, Mukmin168, and Mukmin268 Postpaid plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.

  3. Unlimited voice calls include:

    • All domestic calls to redONE Mobile Postpaid, redONE Mobile Prepaid, and other mobile operators
    • All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers

  4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:

    • Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers
    • Calls to special and premium numbers
    • Video calls
    • IDD calls

  5. The redCALL VAS will be auto-renewed on the 1st of every month.

  6. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the NEW Mukmin plans to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically continued unless the new plan is Amazing8 or RP8.

  7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:

    • Re-sold, rented, or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia
    • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)
    • Used to set up switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours
    • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling
    • Used for call centres and telemarketing
    • Used for continuous calling for extended periods, auto-dialing, and machine-to-machine communication

redDATA
  1. The redDATA Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited data at 6Mbps and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysia only.

  2. The redDATA VAS is bundled with the Mukmin68, Mukmin168, and Mukmin268 Postpaid plans and is not optional.

  3. The unlimited data can be used for all data services.

  4. redDATA can only be utilized domestically, i.e., within Malaysia’s network only. Data usage when overseas is subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE Mobile roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE Mobile’s overseas roaming partners.

  5. The redDATA VAS will be auto-renewed on the 1st of every month.

  6. The redDATA data will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilized redDATA data will not be carried forward to the following month.

  7. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from NEW Mukmin68 to another plan, the subscription to redDATA will be automatically terminated.

  8. Upon 100% utilization of the redDATA quota, any further Internet usage will be deducted from the available Data Top Up quota or you will surf at reduced speeds.

  9. Unlimited data quota is restricted only for the Subscriber’s individual use and cannot be shared with any other person(s) or devices in any manner (including SIM boxes or mobile hotspot) and is subjected to redONE Mobile’s Fair Usage Policy.

  10. Data service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability. Your download speed and data capacity will vary and may be slower, and could be affected by your distance from our mobile tower, the capacity of our mobile tower, the source of your download, your handset type and quality, the general Internet traffic, and coverage availability or due to Fair Usage Policy (FUP).   11. redDATA is non-transferable, whether by operation of law or otherwise, either to any other person, entity, or any other redONE Mobile Postpaid account.

  12. We reserve the rights at any time without being liable to you or any third party to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Plan and Service(s) for such time as we see fit, or terminate, discontinue, or disconnect the Plan and Service(s) if your usage:

    • Shows excessive usage or places unusual burdens on the network;
    • Is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
    • Is not in accordance with the redONE Mobile Fair Usage Policy (at https://www.redonemobile.com.my/fair-use-policy/);
    • Is for commercial/non-personal purposes.

  13. The Promotion is provided according to the Terms of Service on our Postpaid Sign-Up Form. You must comply with the terms, including the relevant service description, our Fair Usage Policy, Privacy Policy, the relevant Postpaid subscription plan, and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the “Terms”) all of which are available on www.redonemobile.com.my

Hong Leong MSIG Takaful Khairat
  1. Same day registration of death for the intention of receiving the donation (insurance) will result in the donation being forfeited.

  2. For any changes of account details, the customer is required to contact or visit www.hlmsigtakaful.com.my.

  3. The customer will be contacted by Hong Leong MSIG Takaful personnel within 30 working days via SMS or call before the expiry date of the customer’s certificate.

  4. The customer will need to inform their closest relatives or next of kin about this plan to smoothen the process upon contacting Hong Leong MSIG Takaful.

  5. The customer can contact Hong Leong MSIG Takaful at 03 7650 1800, which operates 24 hours.

  6. If next of kin or relatives would like to request for any claims, they are required to bring or provide a copy of the customer’s death certificate or member’s card.

Salary Deduction Terms and Condition
  1. The Plan is only for Government officers with the ANGKASA salary deduction service (in accordance with the instructions from Surat Pekeliling Akauntan Negara Malaysia No. 1, year 1997, No. 2/81, No. 3.81, No. 4/81, No 1/85 and circulars, commands and rules by the Government and ANGKASA that are issued from time to time) available until the ages of 52 as at the date of signing up for the Plan, only (“the Customer”).

  2. The Plan is for a period of TWENTY FOUR (24) calendar months (“Contract Period”) for a monthly payment of RM168.00 for the Mukmin168 plan (“Mukmin168 Plan”) or RM268.00 for the Mukmin268 plan (“Mukmin268 Plan”) by the Customer.

  3. Both plans will reduce to RM68.00 after the customer completes the 24 months contract period as per the table below:

In the event the Customer ceases to become a Government officer during the Contract Period, and has lost the facility to have his / her salary deducted by way of the ANGKASA salary deduction scheme, he / she must continue to pay for the monthly Mukmin168 Plan or the Mukmin268 Plan, where applicable.

  7. The Plan comprises the redONE Mobile RINGGIT MALAYSIA SIXTY EIGHT (RM68) mobile service (“the Service”) and the chosen smart mobile device (“the Device”).

  8. Monthly payment of the Plan will be the complete payment for both the Service and the Device.

  9. The Customer shall not be allowed to make the Service payment and the Device payment separately.

  10. The Customer hereby agrees to allow a part of his / her salary to be deducted as payment for the Mukmin168 or Mukmin268 package, which is to be paid to redONE Mobile. This deduction will be made to the ANGKASA Service Bureau.

  11. The Customer declares that he / she understands all the instructions and rules set and drawn by the Government and ANGKASA from time to time with regards to the deduction of his / her salary.

Device Terms and Conditions
  1. By accepting this plan, customer will enjoy one device instalment at the price as offered by redONE Mobile Network on our website and or sales material, which is exclusive of all applicable taxes (“Device Instalment”). For clarity, subject to your eligibility check on your salary deduction, you may purchase and sign up to two units with two master account.

  2. Device ownership – customer will gain ownership of the device after 24 months.

  3. Customer shall not:-

    • Terminate device instalment plan within contract period.

    • Port out to another service provider within contract period.

    • Change rate plan within contract period.

    • Change or transfer ownership within contract period.

  4. Customer to agree that redONE Mobile has the rights to impose the instalment remaining balances if customer wishes to terminate the contract. Device remaining balance charge is calculated as below:

    24 months contract: (Device Instalment Charges X Contract Remaining Months)

  5. Customers are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the device at all times and shall continue to pay instalment fee for the commitment period.

  6. Customers accept and acknowledge that the device title and ownership does not belong to the customer during the commitment period. The device is provided under this plan to customer and customer are accountable for the use and safety of the device. Nothing in this SSTC shall be construed as transferring the title or ownership of the device to customer unless otherwise expressly stated. customer shall not directly or indirectly give or allow another person to give any interest in or lien over the device. Customer shall promptly, at own costs and expenses, take all such actions as may be necessary to duly discharge or eliminate any such liens over the device upon obtaining actual knowledge thereof.

  7. Warranty will be under manufacturer.

  8. Device cannot be exchanged for cash.

  9. The Plan is not valid with any other offers and/or incentives, which have or may have been offered by redONE under any other offers from time to time.

  10. The use of the Service is subject to the postpaid general Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) at www.redonemobile.com.my/eng/terms-and-conditions/ (“Gen T&C”), redONE Mobile’s fair use policy at www.redonemobile.com.my/en/fair-use-policy/ (“FUP”).

  11. The T&C and the General T&C and the FUP will be read side by side at all times.

  12. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this T&C, the Plan and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Plan and Service(s) at www.redonemobile.com.my, including changes to the Gen TC and other applicable terms and conditions. Your continued use of the Service(s) and/or Plan (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of Services and/or Plan) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Plan and/or the use of the Services by giving us notice within twenty-eight (28) days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.
