Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is conducting
the Consumer Satisfaction Survey 2024 (CSS 2024) – Public Cellular Service
and Broadband Access Service and Internet Users Survey 2024 (IUS 2024) to
collect data on consumer satisfaction level and to understand the evolving
behaviours and trends of Internet usage in Malaysia.
The survey runs until 31 December 2024 via MCMC secure online survey portal.
Malaysian consumers aged 15 and above are invited to participate by accessing
the survey portal on any device via the provided QR code or link below:

Please note that the purpose of this survey is solely for data collection. No personal data, such as full names, credit/debit card, or bank details, will be collected. No money will be solicited, and no sales will be conducted. Participation is voluntary, but the cooperation of the public is greatly appreciated.
