New PostpaidPLUS

  1. What are the new Postpaid plans?

    The new Postpaid plan comes with a high-speed 5G data quota every month! No need to worry about extra charges if you use up your data—your speed will simply be reduced to 64kbps until the next cycle.

  2. How long is this offer?

    This is an offer effective from 14 April 2025.

  3. Where can I sign up for these plans?

    Feel free to visit any of our redONE stores or redONE partners. Alternatively, you can conveniently register online whenever it suits you!

  4. Who is eligible to subscribe to the new Postpaid plans?

    All Malaysians and foreigners above 18 years old can sign up for this plan. The plan is available for new registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins and rate plan changes. (excluding M2M).

  5. How much do I need to pay upon registration?

    The Advance payment for all Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Port-in request is waived. If you require a higher credit limit, deposit is required if your tenure with redONE Mobile is less than 6 months. If you are a foreigner, you have to pay a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.

  6. Can I use the bundled data to create a hotspot?

    The bundled data is meant for personal use. If you choose to share it via hotspot, the usage will be deducted from your hotspot data bucket.

  7. Do I need to activate/ subscribe the hotspot data?

    No, the hotspot data will be activated automatically once your Postpaid38 and Postpaid48 plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.

  8. What happens if I use up all my hotspot data?

    Data sharing will be temporarily blocked. To continue sharing, you can purchase a 10GB booster or a Data Top-Up.

  9. If I haven’t used up all my base and hotspot data, can I carry over the unused quota to next month?

    Unfortunately, your Internet and Hotspot quota are only valid until the end of the month. Any unused data won’t carry over and will be forfeited.

redCALL

  1. What is redCALL?

    redCALL is a new Value-Added Service (VAS) that enables high voice usage customers to make unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  2. Do I need to activate/ subscribe redCALL?

    No, the redCALL will be activated automatically once your PostpaidPLUS38 or PostpaidPLUS48 plan is successfully activated or successfully ported-in.

  3. I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?

    No, you cannot terminate the redCALL service. It is bundled with the Postpaid38 and 5G Postpaid48 plan for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  4. Is the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?

    The unlimited voice calls is valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.

  5. Does the unlimited voice calls include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers?

    Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed line numbers in Malaysia. Calls to special numbers are excluded.

  6. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?

    Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.

  7. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited calls?

    You can continue to call other networks’ numbers at RM0.15 per minute for the remaining days of the calendar month.

PostpaidPLUS

  1. All prices displayed exclude service tax which will be imposed on you in your monthly bill.

  2. Monthly access fee for the PostpaidPLUS38 and PostpaidPLUS48 plan is only applicable for the bundled high speed data, hotspot data and unlimited voice calls to all networks in Malaysia and fixed line numbers, not for video calls and voice calls to special numbers.

  3. Advance Payment and Registration Fee are required. The Advance Payment is waived for MNP- Port-in customers. The Advance Payment collected will be used to deduct against your first month’s bill and you will only be required to pay any balance due under your first month’s bill.

  4. Registration by non-Malaysian citizen customers shall be charged with a deposit equivalent of their respective monthly credit limit.

  5. redCALL is bundled with the Postpaid38 and Postpaid48 plan and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill for redCALL.

  6. The bundled data, hotspot data and unlimited voice calls to all networks are applicable for domestic usage only within Malaysia network. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.

  7. In the Postpaid38 and Postpaid48 first bill, the data bundle will be prorated based on the customer’s bundled high speed data usage. The prorated usage prices are as below:

  8. Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the basic Internet data throttling at 64kbps speed. Customer may opt to purchase Data Top Up to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.

  9. Change plan request to the new PostpaidPLUS38 and PostpaidPLUS48 plan is allowed starting from April 2025.

  10. 5G Postpaid38 SE and 5G Postpaid48 SE customers can request to upgrade/downgrade their plan from May onwards.

redCALL

  1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.

  2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the NEW PostpaidPLUS38 and PostpaidPLUS48 plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.

  3. Unlimited voice calls include:

    • All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators

    • All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers

  4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:

    • Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers

    • Calls to special and premium numbers

    • Video calls

    • IDD calls

  5. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

  6. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the NEW PostpaidPLUS38 and PostpaidPLUS48 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically continued unless the new plan is, Amazing28+ or Data28.

  7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:

    • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia

    • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)

    • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours

    • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling

    • Used for call centre and telemarketing

    • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication

Hotspot

  1. Hotspot data comes with the NEW PostpaidPLUS38 and PostpaidPLUS48 Postpaid plan and is not optional.

  2. The hotspot data can be utilized for sharing data within Malaysia network only. Data sharing when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE’s overseas roaming partners.

  3. Hotspot data will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

  4. Hotspot data will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised hotspot data will not be carried forward to the following month.

  5. In any event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from NEW Postpaid38 and Postpaid48 to another plan, the hotspot data will be automatically terminated.

  6. Upon 100% utilization of the hotspot data, data sharing will be blocked. Customer may opt to purchase the data booster or Data Top Up to continue using data sharing.
