redONE Mobile, the largest Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) in Malaysia that provides 5G postpaid plans as low as RM8 and is committed in community development efforts has performed its Korban program in conjunction with the celebration of Hari Raya AidilAdha, in several locations in Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang from 17 to 18 June 2024, with an allocation of 2 cos per state.
The program was also participated by redONE Mobile employees and Partners and was carried out in the following locations:
- Masjid Fatimah Az Zahra, Taman Indera Sempurna, Pahang
- Masjid Muhajirin, Felda Melati, Jengka 11, Pahang
- Masjid Al Muktafi Billal Shah, Terengganu
- Surau Alhuda, Kampung Bukit Mentok, Kemaman, Terengganu
- Masjid Mukim Bukit Tiu, Machang, Kelantan
- Kampung Pasir Puteh, Kelantan
redONE Mobile, Chief Executive Officer, Ameen Amaendran said, this program is carried out to strengthen relationships with redONE Mobile business partners in selected locations whilst expanding its community network, in addition to channeling contributions to the public in the area.
We are honoured to be presented with the opportunity to perform sacrifices this year in Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang to help communities in need, through the distribution of meat donations. This is one of the company’s efforts to continue to be actively involved in welfare activities involving the staff and business partners of redONE Mobile and we hope that it will not only bring benefits to the community but also foster a sense of brotherhood and promote harmony amongst all involved.
In addition to this program, redONE Mobile has also carried out other initiatives including the Empowered 2 Teach project involving indigenious children in collaboration with Persatuan Kebajikan Suara Kanak-kanak Malaysia (SUKA), Bantuan Kasih redONE for Kelas Komuniti Kg Sungai Poh at Gopeng, Perak and a tree planting project with the Forestry Research Institute of Malaysia (FRIM). Besides that, redONE Mobile plans to further support the community through its Adopt-A-Family program which will entail various forms of assistance including food, education and health being extended to family members of employees of the company facing hardship or severe poverty.
