9. Customer will receive a Push notification with the voucher code via redONE 1App

Voucher Terms and Conditions :

1. Can only redeem at www.redmall.com.my
2. Minimum purchase with RM1000 and above
3. All voucher is only valid for 30 days after which it shall become void. The validity period of the any voucher will not be extended.
4. To use a voucher or redeem its value, a valid coupon code must be entered at the payment page.
5. Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non- refundable
6. The voucher are not valid to be used with other promotions nor can it be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.
7. Refund/reschedule is calculated according to the total paid amount after the discount, not the initial price.
8. redMALL will not be liable to offer a replacement for discounts or coupon codes that are discontinued, cancelled, or used improperly whether due to fraud or technical issues.
9. redMALL reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the products, prices, promotions, offers, terms and conditions and/or substitute or replace the voucher with another product or program of equivalent value from time to time without any prior notice.
