    • devicePRO68 plan: Once you have exceeded the monthly bundled data quota, your data connection will be throttled to a maximum of 64 kbps, depending on your location and current network condition.
    • devicePRO98 plan: Once you have exceeded the monthly bundled data quota, your data connection will be throttled to a maximum of 6 Mbps, depending on your location and current network condition.

  12. Can I port in my number from other telco operators to enjoy this offer?

    Yes. The devicePRO68 and devicePRO98 postpaid plans are available for all MNP port-in users (Except M2M customers).

  13. My MNP port-in request failed. How can I get back the advance payment and deposit paid?

    No. redCALL will be activated automatically once the devicePRO38, devicePRO58, devicePRO68, or devicePRO98 plans are successfully activated or successfully ported-in.

  3. I don’t want the redCALL service. Can I terminate it?

    No, you cannot terminate the redCALL service. It is bundled with the devicePRO38, devicePRO58, devicePRO68, or devicePRO98 plans for you to enjoy unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia.

  4. Is the unlimited voice calls to all networks valid for calls made when I am roaming?

    No. The unlimited voice calls are valid for domestic calls in Malaysia only.

  5. Does the unlimited voice calls include calls to fixed lines e.g. 03 numbers?

    Yes. The unlimited voice calls include all domestic calls to mobile numbers and fixed-line numbers in Malaysia. Calls to special numbers are excluded.

  6. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited voice calls?

    Yes, a Fair Usage Policy of 100 hours per month is applicable.

    redDATA is a Value-Added Service (VAS) that offers unlimited data @ 6 Mbps.

    No. redDATA will be activated automatically once the devicePRO58 or devicePRO98 plan is successfully activated. Subscription charges for individual partners may apply, if any.

  3. I don’t want the redDATA service. Can I terminate it?

    No, you cannot terminate the redDATA service. It is bundled with the devicePRO58 or devicePRO98 plan for you to enjoy unlimited data access in Malaysia.

  4. I have utilised the redDATA quota. Can I subscribe to redDATA again?

    No. Only 1 active subscription is allowed in a month. However, you can purchase the Data Top Up to stream at high speed.

  5. How do customers check on their redDATA data balance?

    Customers can check the usage via redONE 1App.

  6. When can I utilise the redDATA data quota?

    You can use the redDATA data anytime. The redDATA data will expire at the end of the month.

  7. What is the speed of the data for streaming?

    The speed of the redDATA data quota is capped at 6 Mbps. You will need to use a compatible device to enjoy the 4G/5G speed.

    • 5G redPlan38 & 5G redPlan48 master line customers with tenure of more than 6 months (180 days from the commencement date of the original plan sign up or MNP successful port-in date)

    • Good pay master (Not barred or suspended in the last 3 months)

    • Current master line or sub line(s) must be in active mode. Any form of suspension or barring is not allowed

    • Not contracted including for Loyalty Programme device bundle for main or supplementary line

  3. Master account holders on Amazing8/RP8 must upgrade their plan to any available RM28 and above plan and must meet criteria i,iii, iv,v,vi listed above. The master account customer is only entitled for this Master Line Upgrade offer 12 months (365 days) after upgrading to any available RM28 and above plan.

  4. Only lines that are successfully activated are eligible to receive the complimentary smartphone.

  5. Master Account customers who take up this offer, the Master Account contract period will reset to 24 months.

  1. The redCALL Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited voice calls to all networks and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian networks only. Video calls and voice calls to special numbers are excluded.

  2. The redCALL VAS is bundled with the NEW devicePRO38, devicePRO58, devicePRO68 and devicePRO98 plans and is not optional. RM10 per month will be charged to the bill.

  3. Unlimited voice calls include:

    • All domestic calls to redONE Postpaid, redONE Prepaid and other mobile operators
    • All domestic calls to national fixed line numbers

  4. CALLS EXCLUDED from the unlimited voice calls include:

    • Calls to 1300 / 1700 / 1600 / 1MOCC numbers
    • Calls to special and premium numbers
    • Video calls
    • IDD calls

  5. The redCALL VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

  6. In the event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from the NEW devicePRO38, devicePRO58, devicePRO68 and devicePRO98 to another plan, the subscription to redCALL will be automatically continued unless the new plan is Amazing8.

  7. The unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia shall NOT be:

    • Re-sold, rented or utilized in any other way except as an individual making calls to other network users in Malaysia
    • Used for rerouting calls (connection with a device/software/application)
    • Used to setup switch devices which could keep a line open potentially for hours
    • Used for multiple simultaneous calling and conference calling
    • Used for call centre and telemarketing
    • Used for continuous calling for extended period of time, auto dialing and machine to machine communication


redDATA (devicePRO58, devicePRO98 plan)
  1. The redDATA Value-Added Service (VAS) offers unlimited data @ 6 Mbps and is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysia only.

  2. The redDATA VAS is bundled with the devicePRO58 or devicePRO98 plan and is not optional.

  3. The unlimited data can be used for all data services.

  4. redDATA can only be utilized domestically i.e. within Malaysian networks only. Data usage when overseas are subjected to data roaming charges. The customer shall be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE Mobile’s overseas roaming partners.

  5. The redDATA VAS will be auto renewed on the 1st of every month.

  6. The redDATA data will expire at the end of the calendar month. Any unutilised redDATA data will not be carried forward to the following month.

  7. In the event where the customer wants to change his/her subscribed plan from NEW devicePRO58 or devicePRO98 to another plan, the subscription to redDATA will be automatically terminated.

  8. Upon 100% utilization of the redDATA quota, any further internet usage will be deducted from available Data Top Up quota or you will surf on reduced speeds.

  9. Unlimited data quota is restricted only for Subscriber’s individual use and cannot be shared with any other person(s) or devices in any manner (including SIM boxes or mobile hotspot) and is subjected to redONE Mobile’s Fair Usage Policy.

  10. Data service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability. Your download speed and data capacity will vary and may be slower and could be affected by your distance from our mobile tower, the capacity of our mobile tower, the source of your download, your handset type and quality, the general internet traffic and coverage availability or due to Fair Usage Policy (FUP).   11. redDATA is non-transferable, whether by operation of law or otherwise, either to any other person, entity or any other redONE Postpaid account.

  12. We reserve the rights at any time without being liable to you or any third party to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Plan and Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Plan and Service(s) if your usage:

    • shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on the network;
    • is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
    • is not in accordance with the redONE Fair Usage Policy (at https://www.redonemobile.com.my/en/fair-use-policy/)
    • is for commercial/non-personal purposes.

  13. The Promotion is provided according to the Terms of Service on our Postpaid Sign-Up Form.   1. Unlimited YouTube, Facebook & Instagram is only for domestic usage within Malaysia.

  2. When customers stream YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram, the unlimited quota will be used first.

  3. Once the unlimited quota has been fully utilized, subsequent usage of YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram will be deducted from the main data quota.

  4. When customers browse the web, play online games, or share data, the main data quota will be used.

  5. When accessing links within YouTube, Facebook & Instagram:

    • If the content is within YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram, your unlimited quota will be used.
    • If the content link directs you outside of YouTube, Facebook & Instagram:
      • If you have remaining internet quota balance, your internet plan quota will be used for the content; otherwise, usage will be slowed to 64 kbps.

  6. Unlimited YouTube, Facebook & Instagram is included with the NEW devicePRO38 and devicePRO68 plans and is not optional.

  7. Unlimited YouTube, Facebook & Instagram will be automatically renewed on the 1st of every month.

  8. The quota for unlimited YouTube, Facebook & Instagram will expire at the end of the calendar month.

  9. Unlimited YouTube, Facebook & Instagram can only be used within the country, i.e., within Malaysian networks. Data usage while overseas will incur roaming charges. Customers will be charged based on the data rates imposed by the respective redONE Mobile roaming operators for data usage while roaming with redONE Mobile’s overseas roaming partners.

  10. In any event where customers want to change their subscribed plan from devicePRO38 or devicePRO68 to another plan, the unlimited YouTube, Facebook & Instagram will be automatically terminated.

  11. After 100% utilization of the unlimited YouTube, Facebook & Instagram quota, any further internet usage will be deducted from the bundled high-speed data or available Data Top Up.

  12. Unlimited YouTube, Facebook & Instagram is only for the individual use of customers and cannot be shared with anyone else or devices in any manner (including modems or mobile hotspots).

  13. redONE Mobile will endeavor to fully utilize the unlimited YouTube, Facebook & Instagram quota whenever customers are streaming via the unlimited quota. However, there may be instances where the unlimited quota may inadvertently be used even when there is no streaming content on YouTube, Facebook & Instagram, or the data quota from the customer’s plan may be accidentally used to stream instead of the unlimited quota. These could occur due to various reasons, including technical issues such as missed configuration or whitelisting of wrong IP addresses by third parties, or due to changes or updates in IP addresses and URLs by YouTube, Facebook & Instagram partners without giving redONE sufficient notice to update our system. Customers must acknowledge the possibility of these instances happening and agree not to hold us liable.


5G Data Bonus
  1. The Bonus 5G data is only available within the 5G network area via use of a 5G capable, supported and enabled Mobile Device. When you are located outside the 5G network coverage area, you will be running on your 4G data.

  2. To enjoy 5G, please ensure that:

    • You are using a 5G capable device;
    • You have a 4G LTE SIM;
    • You have 5G settings enabled on your device;
    • You are within 5G coverage.

  3. The Bonus 5G data can be utilised for ALL usages on your smartphone – web browsing, video streaming, social chatting, etc., and you may use it on 5G networks only.

  4. Your Bonus 5G data will be deducted from 5G datapool first before using the 5G/4G data.

  5. The Bonus 5G data is for personal use only.

  6. There is no charge for the 5G data. Customers will not be able to enjoy the 5G data should the line be suspended.

  7. Customers cannot request to cancel the 5G data.
